Due to the ongoing incidences of e-bike theft, it is our expectation that any purchase of a Bosch e-bike charger will only be to a customer who can provide a legitimate Proof of Purchase for the bike that the charger is for. Chargers will generally only be available for Collection at our Store, we only ship when Proof of purchase, serial # and Key # are supplied.
